Hello everyone, I see that the community page is running amok with worry and anticipation for the new Joule deliveries. I don't want to add to the "look at the FAQ" movement, so I just wanted to point your attention at the facts of what we know at this point:
1. Joules begin shipping this month, September 2016
2. Individuals who ordered Joule in the month of August 2016 will likely receive their devices in the month of October 2016 (with no firm date when, the last time I contacted

3. Joules will be shipped out in the order in which they were received in the preorder phase
These three facts were made aware to us publicly and positions the fact that we may see further shipments in the month of October as well. Since the shipment window is September to October, it is logical to assume that a large group of individuals who ordered their Joules may get it in the month of October, depending on when you bought your Joule.
This may create an outcry of sorts, but hopefully it will quench some mixed emotions on the boards. As one who bought his Joule during the August One-Day Flash Sale, I've had expectations that everyone else would get to play with it first before me--you know, like when you're forced to watch everyone else open their Christmas presents first before you're able to open your own. So, all I can say to those who would like it now is "¯\_(ツ)_/¯".
