I know it's like beating a dead horse but...

I preordered back in January and I haven't received my 50 dollar refund yet like you guys said some of us should be expecting and also if I could just get a firmer timeline on when to expect this product I have been eagerly waiting for thanks!!

Have you contacted Ellen? She will contact their payment processor for a reference number that you can provide to your bank for more information.

Just an FYI: There is a search bar at the top of this page. If you search "refund", the second thread, titled "refunds", is a long list of folks individually having their refunds checked by @Dan Ahern. Just message him. I am sure he will help. Similarly, you could also search "waiting", to verify the horse beating.

Still willing to wait. As a point of reference, my purchase was December 19, 2015 and I am still waiting for both the Joule and refund. DaveB

I too was waiting for my refund. I was counting the business days since I received the email telling me that my refund would be along shortly. I was thinking that I wasn't getting my refund. Then today I went back through my credit card log with the bank and found that it had been processed on August 30th. You might want to go back and look through your credit card statements. I think they contacted the creditors to process the refund, and the refunds didn't post until later on. You may have missed your refund.

My Refund showed up a week ago. I look forward to the machine arriving. Until it does, I am extracting every bit of value I can out of the recipes. I was able to mimic a constant water bath to make custard on my stove.. The waffle recipe by itself was worth almost the value of the Joule. I am looking forward to the Joule though because getting a constant temperature on the stove was a little bit of a tap dance...
