I respectfully disagree with this opinion put forth by you and a couple others. FOUR months have passed since the original ship date. We were informed of that and got comfortable that Chef Steps management was keeping us informed. But there has been nothing but an oft-repeated platitude: "weʻre working on it..." ever since. We have asked over and over, (not just ME), for some kind of reasonable communication as to the progress of the shipment from China or wherever. Has it arrived here, or NOT??

The so-called FAQ is NULL content.

I think you MIGHT have noticed, its not the LACK of shipping. Its the LACK of COMMUNICATION about actual receipt of the product at Chef Steps.

IF you had any retail/fulfillment experience at all, you would KNOW that some kind of progress might have been made. And that the customers expressing legitimate concern over the lack of ANY kind of communication about whether or not the product has actually docked in Seattle or somewhere on the West coast; OR is resting at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean; a victim of the storms that were raging not long ago is a reasonable request.

No News is Bad News in Customer Support and Satisfaction.

When the Vendor/Provider already has the money and refuses to supply updates along the way; that is when the pitchforks and torches begin to come into play.

IF any staff were to just say: "hey, weʻre printing address labels and boxing up the item(s) for shipment beginning within the next two weeks..." would go a LONG freakinʻ way towards Good Will Toward Men (and Women) who have put their TRUST in Chef Steps.
