It's now the 22 if September and though I followed the FAQ, nothing will give me an understanding of when I should expect my Joule or the refund promised when the price dropped. I thought maybe there would be someone on the forum giving a wonderful report that they received their Joule, but no such luck. I know we were told they had to reconfigure the things for FAA, but we had been told that was resolved. No, I don't want a refund. I would like some communication when we may expect the shipment. I guess I'm unusual in that I have two other units - a Poly Science Circulator, and a SousVide Supreme. I can still cook my food with either of these other units, but I wanted to see the way Joule would be different. Why must we look at videos telling all the benefits of how and why to cook with Joule? If you aren't going to ship them this month, at least stop the videos for the time being.
