Trevor Teich is an alumni (Is that fair?) of CS, he helped me no end when we started discovering food. Now look at this.

He's won so many awards it is silly, and no I didn't miss Lennard...

So - let us say we could get help from Trevor, Grant, Nick, (I will miss a few).
Why on earth would we beat a forum to death over a device we might want but.
We don't need it to love food.

Holy shit dude. Just checking in for the first time in a long time and wtf has happened? Who are these people?! You and I were around from the beginning (3 years ago? 4?). Crazy how far ChefSteps has come. Reached the level of attracting haters! Unreal. I also checked out their facebook page. Have you seen the people commenting on videos and telling Grant and Chris what they're doing wrong and how to do it better? Like jesus. Do they know who they are "talking" to? This Joule business is crazy. I missed all of it, but catching up just now and I'm floored. What is wrong with people? Hope all is well and you're still cooking lamb 3 times a week (at least!).
