I'm pretty sure any of the "would-be early adopters of Joule, who're looking for their $150 back" will just get in contact with ChefSteps and request a refund. That's more likely than not, why the folks at ChefSteps included refund instructions in the FAQs.

...on the other hand, there is a possibility that someone picked up an extra and might look to offload. (I only ordered one-sorry)...alternately, I guessing sales will re-open soon.

NVM: Pre-ordered last night. But the email didn't include instructions for how long I have to wait before starting to clog the forum with complaints about the delivery date. Please advise.

according to the email I got earlier today, between 6 and 8 weeks, so between November 15th and November 29th.
