I've been had?

I ordered a Joule on July 15th. Zero correspondence since. I have emailed more than once and there is no support line?!?!?! While I felt like ChefSteps was very innovative and the thought behind sharing recipes and techniques was very cool, I am afraid that I have wasted my $225. Has anyone received a Joule?

They begin shipping today. Some will arrive before the end of the month, but most of the pre-orders will be fulfilled in October. They also reduced the price of Joule and refunded the difference to those who pre-ordered. Check your bank statement to see if that went through (either by crediting your account or by retroactively adjusting the initial price that you were charged).

Well, that line has been fixed. Read the link, it explains everything, perhaps not to everyone's satisfaction, but it's news nonetheless.

Please read the link below that Brian posted. Shipping starts in September (this week to be exact), same as was stated when you placed your order. So the answer to your question is No, you have not been had.

Please people....READ! The info you're looking for has been posted (last Friday!) so take you're pointer, click on JOULE, and READ!!!!

One more time.....Joule's will begin shipping to CS today, Tuesday, 9/27/16. If all goes to plan (and I have no doubt it will), the first shipment will leave CS today to the first round of those of us who ordered Joules last year. Again, if all goes to plan, by the end of October, depending on when you placed your order, you will have your Joule in hand.

All this negativity would cease if everyone would just READ the information posted!
