I ordered on Nov 24th, but mine didn't ship. I ordered a 2nd unit when the price went down to $149, and that was the only order for which I received a confirmation email.. I think the 2nd order may have actually reset my place in line. That is really too bad, emailed @Ellen_212162 so hopefully she can help me out.

Hopefully you weren't 'reset' when you ordered the second Joule. I did the same thing, and my first Joule will arrive Thursday, in keeping with the pre-order first-come-first-served policy. I doubt my second Joule will be part of this shipment, and that's okay.

Received my confirmation. Ordered w/i 30 minutes of Joule email launch on 11/24. Don't know if it helps, but the first and last three digits of my order number are the same as Max's. Middle 5 digits match the order number on my account and are lower than Max's.
