YAY!!!!

Just got notified, mine will arrive Thursday... (afternoon), but Iʻm ready!!! I have half of a pork loin in the freezer that will take that long to thaw in the fridge.

2 inch thick chops. Fresh rosemary. Salad. Spuds.

I think I'll try the smoker less ribs. Mine's also arriving Thursday but I'm hoping FedEx will just toss it on the next truck that crosses the Sound (I live on an island across from ChefSteps' office) and I'll get it Weds. ☺️
