Could you update the app, so that it will allow me to paste the WiFi key? I would like to avoid typing my 63 char long key. Thanks.

It turned out that your WiFi module cannot handle full key length WPA2. Could you please make the revision 2 hardware with full WPA2 key ability? Thanks.

In the Joule app itself there is an area where you can "Submit a Support Request". I think that would be the best place to send that type of request.

With a huge segment of the population using highly randomized passwords in conjunction with a password manager...the ability to paste into the password field should be mandatory for apps.

Hi Shigeru, thanks for pointing out these issues. We will look at both of these and try to address them in an upcoming release. As John Fisher pointed out, the best way to get our attention is to submit a support request from within the app, we see those immediately. Thank again, and we'll hopefully get these issues ironed out soon.

Uh oh. My WPA2 key is also a 63 character key replete with special characters. I have too many other wireless devices to want to change it.

Will the Joule connect on a 5 Ghz network? I could use a simpler key for my otherwise underutilized 5G WAP. If not, then a workaround until support for a full WPA2 key exists will be to set up a temporary AP on a spare laptop using hostapd and dhcp server. The laptop will have to be wired to my network so it's radio is available for the AP. Doable, but a pain.
