Just wanted to leave a bit of feedback. We just received our Joule we ordered late last year. All I can say is that IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! We cooked up a couple of new yorks last night and they were the best steaks i've ever cooked at home. The Joule is well built, well designed and easy to use. Quite frankly, I can't believe you sell it as cheap as you do compared with the other Sous Vide cookers out there. Now all i can do is anxiously await to see what you create next!
