Heat insulated gloves for boiling water

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to pull noodles in boiling water. So I need some rubber like gloves where I can still have some sort of finesse and also protect my hands from the heat.

Actually I won't be dipping my hands in the boiling water, but I'll be occasionally parboiling the noodles and pulling/stretching them with my hands.

Any recommendations on brands or types of gloves suitable for this sort of applications is very welcome.

I have the same issue with stretching mozzarella curds. I had tried standard kitchen rubber/latex gloves but they offered relief for a nano second then the burn scorched on! It was suggested to me by John that he wears "ove-gloves" and then the kitchen gloves over them. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds like it could be the solution.

It works great for me. The only thing I would add is if you tear the kitchen glove put on a new one, you don't want the hot liquid getting soaked up in your insulated glove.

Ya know....it just dawned on me that you said you were doing pulled noodles. Can you elaborate please? I've been wanting to dip my toe in the deep waters of making ramen noodles which I don't think utilize hot water. But then I could be VERY wrong. Please and thank you!
