Can set joule to a temp and time without choosing a recipe?

If I wanted to set joule to a temp and time of my choosing that isn't a chef step recipe would it be possible?

Yes, red button bottom right corner. Press button, type in the temp, then type in the time. For me I use this the most and it makes things so much easier!
