I noted when I signed in it says they are back in stock, but I am still waiting for mine. I ordered in February, checked my status and it's not shipped yet.

They've publicly projected that initial pre-orders would be fulfilled in October. The new orders are projected at 6 - 8 weeks delivery. That would place them in November or later.

Yeah, does it show up in your history? Mine doesn't either, pre-ordered in January, emailed @Ellen_212162 just to confirm my order was registered but didn't hear back. Have any of you gotten ANY email in the last couple of months?

Ordered mine in January, status in my order history states "Unfulfilled", are we all seeing that before getting any confirmation emails for either addresses or deliveries? I'm beginning to get nervous that I'm going to be moving before my Joule ships, any thoughts on how to update an address if it changes mid delivery?

On the same page that you checked your order status, you should see a URL to confirm/update your address. Note that pre-orders are projected to be fulfilled in October.

Thank you for that, I've found the link and updated my address; after receiving my refund email I never got an address confirmation email so I was getting a little nervous. I know some that preordered in November 2015 are beginning to get tracking numbers now and I wanted to be sure I didn't miss something. I'll keep patiently refreshing my email hoping to find that elusive CS email.
