My joule was scheduled to arrive yesterday 10/3. Instead FedEx claimed my address did not exist and my joule was sent back to the local FedEx facility, not once but twice in the same day. Thankfully it finally arrived today, 10/4, at 2 pm, I made chicken for dinner, and later made creme brulee. I am incredibly happy with my purchase, not so much with FedEx though.

Fed Ex was the reason we all had to wait a day or two extra. But then who knew a giant shipping company would go belly up and put other means of shipping under a great strain to pick up the ball and run with it? Good news is that you have your Joule now so all is well! Have fun!!

My address is a bit difficult to find, but 15 years ago the carriers UPS and USPS figured it out and made a note in their computer system or something. They get it wrong only about once every 10 years. FedEx, on the other hand, has gotten it wrong many, many times. Over and over. My theory is that they simply don't annotate hard-to-find addresses in their system. So new or substitute drivers often take it back claiming there is no such address. Whenever a company sends something to me via FedEx, it's a worry.
