Help, my chicken is cooking itself

Just got my Joule (I might have taken the day off from work to wait for the package...) and it's humming away in my kitchen cooking some chicken to exactly 149º. With Joule doing all the hard work, what am I supposed to do?!

I used skin-on chicken breasts with salt and pepper plus 2 tablespoons of butter (instead of oil) and a few bunches of fresh sage leaves in the bag. SV at 149º, and then seared the skin side while pressing it down into the pan.
