Can't wait to bust it out and start on my 72 hour short ribs! Bittersweet though, I'll be retiring this work horse I built myself. After a few years and replacing the water pump twice and having to rewire it once, it became more of a pain to use and to start with it wasn't
easy to set up. She was a good ship.
