Joule Shipping Method

I read somewhere that Joule ships FedEx and that a signature is required. Is this true? If so, I may have arrange for someone to be available.

I was present when FedEx dropped off my Joule and no signature was required.

Even if a signature were required, you could still go on the fedex website and make arrangements for delivery without the signature...

No signature here. Just a driver in a hurry to get to the next drop off.....

Which FedEx service was used for your orders? I just got a notification for mine and it's ground service, not due to get here until next Thursday. I saw the posts about initial shipments where people were saying they got theirs within a few days.
