I'm Dec 21, 2015 and just got an email from CS asking m to confirm my address, so I suppose that means my Joule will be coming home to poppa in the near future. And not a month too soon, I must say.

Same here. It was a 28 December purchase. My ability to get excited about this died about a month ago. I know it will come back when I get the shipping notice. OK, maybe sooner...
