New home sous vide

Have to cook some hard boiled eggs today and this is my new sous vide setup, until my Joile arrives.

Ha ha, I am just joking. :-) I am not actually going to use my soldering iron for sous vide. I would ask Joule to cook if he were here but I am not trying to be sarcastic, just having some fun and making a joke. Have a good weekend.

Well it does look almost identical to a Hitachi magic wand, which plugs in. (To 120V; I better stop commenting further.)

I know that it is obvious that the cheese has done slipped off my cracker, but I am wondering what happens when one of these gets plugged into 220V?
