Ciabatta dough made last Friday using biga and whey as the liquid. Out of the fridge for about 45 minutes before I took off the plastic wrap getting ready for the bake.....

Thank you! Sadly these loaves are going with my husband as he travels to visit family out of state. But he's sworn to grab a couple pics when they cut into them. More curious am I as to how they taste because instead of using spring water I used whey that I saved when I made ricotta last week. Guess I'll find out in a couple days!
