Nothing in order history

Am I the only one that doesn't show an order in my order history? I emailed chefsteps but haven't heard back in a while. I ordered my Joule mid January.

I was having the same problem and submitted a Support request from the website and got a quick response. You might also want to check alternate e-mails you may use. I was new to CS when I ordered and for some reason initially signed up for the emails from one email (and later linked my Premium Membership to this one) and ordered Joule from another, so my order history is in a separate account, weirdly.

I have the same problem, but I did change my email address since I ordered, guess it's time to email too.

That happened to me as well. When I changed my email address to the original one, my orders were back.

Thanks, I tried that and it worked. At least I know how I can check the status of my order now.
