Definitely can put it on an iPad... it does have to be a fairly recent one, but certainly.

Yes, you can put it on either or both. It's nice if you have it on your phone and your iPad, then whichever one you are using you can check the status or control Joule. The app only has to be paired and set up on one of your devices and it passes the information about your Joule to the other device as long as both are signed into the same ChefSteps account.

It has to have IOS 10 to work I believe. At order time Chefsteps didn't mention I'd be buying a new phone if I wanted to use the Joule app. I like my iPhone 4.

Yes you can. They just recommend that you don't use it with a Samsung Galaxy...Hee Hee!!

I was super sad to turn in my Note 7 this week. Now if I can get my hands on a Pixel XL this year, maybe I can see how well Google Assistant works with...everything. Would be neat if it could work with Joule!

Yep, I made a mistake. It was the Samsung Note 7 that is catching fire or exploding and has been recalled, not the Samsung Galaxy. It would have been so funny if I got it right but I blew it!! Do not feel bad for not laughing.

Yep, infact if you use a Samsung Note 7 you can not only use the app, but also sear your steak at the same time...

The Joule app works with iOS 8.0 and above, and with iPhone 4s and newer.
