I write software for a living on the other platform from these 2. I don't own any device that runs these OS's . I would love this device but simply won't because of this. Clearly you have enough demand without this but.... You lost at least 1 that decided to comment.

This isn't the best way of doing it, but you could always try an android emulator on your PC. Once I receive mine I could test this method out to see if it would work ok.

I understand your point of view. I also do software development, but on a different platform. However, recently, after reading an article about Flutter here, I decided to try my hand at developing mobile applications on this platform. And I can say that it turned out to be a great decision. Flutter has many advantages and provides ample opportunities for developing high-quality and productive applications for Android and iOS. So it might be worth giving this platform a chance and trying to develop something new and interesting!
