You don't have to bag carne asada souls vude. Just throw everything in the pot like slow cooker, submerged the joule in the pot completely and set it and forget it just like Ron Popeal says.

Are you saying that you'd run your Joule directly along with all the ingredients? not in a water bath? I may be misunderstanding you, but I don't think you can do that. Joule is only intended for water baths

I wouldn't pay much attention to his posts. He made a bunch of posts, similar in nature, around the same time. He blames being intoxicated. Either he's trying to be funny, or just being unpleasant. Thinking on some of his comments made a while ago, I'm honestly not sure which is more likely.
