Fast is a very relative term. I ordered 2 joules in April...and was promised fulfillment in September. Obviously I am waiting and do not want to cancel the order, but right now it looks like fulfillment will not be until November at the earliest. This has really annoyed my wife as we were originally promised May fulfillment...then definitely in September..now... Also, do not tell me chefsteps said shipping would start in September, the email clearly stated the following:

"We are so pleased to announce that we’ll ship your Joule in September 2016!"

Not other people's joules...YOUR joule.

I have been very patient...and am glad others are getting theirs...but this has been a real disappointment.

Sincerely hoping to see shipping in October...but not counting on it.
