Well dang! Thing works like a charm. Only took moments to set up. App interface was quick and intuitive. 1st dish, CS poached eggs @ 167 for 13 minutes. Recipe called for extra large eggs, I used large with no change in time/temp. They came out great. the only thing I might tweak would be to dip them briefly in boiling water after they are out of the shell to see if that firms up the whites.
