I just bought a Vollrath Mirage Pro on eBay and I have a (hopefully) not too embarrassing question: this burner has settings 1-100 or 80F-400F. How do they correspond to simmer, low, med-low, medium, medium -high, high? I'm thinking that at 400F it is maxed out at Med-high. Is there a chart somewhere?
