I pre-ordered in the beginning of February 2016 and have yet to receive any communication regarding Joule let alone ChefSteps in general. The last email I received from "Team ChefSteps" was the Joule update on September 27th. I have confirmed my mailing address through my account settings on the website. Is there anything I should be doing differently? Should I email Ellen or someone different regarding my issue, or is this currently a common issue?
