I checked the link to confirm my address in case I miraculously receive the "we have shipped your joule" email, which in my surprise I see the payment unfulfilled.... Which I have proof of payment and I got the refund of 50 dollars. Should I be concerned? Should I get my money back? Should I give up on introducing this gem to a big corporation of chefs here in New Orleans? Please help, I know it's not going to ship until I die, but can you confirm that it will at least ship?
