Joule Roulez!!!

Received my Joule a little over a week ago, preordered in mid December. $150 for the best circulator on the market? Ridiculous value? Sí!!!!!!!!!! Why then are there so many haters?! Oh, it's an election year, everyone is unhappy, and some people are used to the instant gratification that only Amazon can provide...well...stop whining. It's everything that all of us that supported Chef Steps from the start would expect. Super sleek, super quiet, super-fast heating, super light, and super RAD!!! Everyone else that really can't wait another few weeks or months for their very precise water heater? Perhaps they have some very incurable white~people~problems. Best. Pre-order. Ever. +1....someone on the forum made a statement to the the effect that "it's just a circulator and they all are basically the same...maybe compare a Ford to a BMW or Mercedes..." Let me help...as a user of circulators (for cooking) for almost 15 years now, to say that comparing any circulator to the Joule is NOT comparing a Ford to a Mercedes it is like comparing a skateboard to the new Boeing 777X....yep, they can both get you somewhere....

That was me Hammered. Thank you for reading my post. I don't think comparing a BMW to a Mercedes is similar to comparing a skateboard to a 777. You cant ride a 777 on the sidewalk, and you'll never make it to Europe on a skateboard. How silly...

Now you can compare a 777 and 767. I've sat in both many times, up front... Not much difference at all.

As for your age, only 55 years old? I'm a bit older than you. I would have guessed you were older, might be the wine. Have you tried weed? It's better for you. Now come here young man and let me give you a Man hug, You'll feel better.

Well said, and I agree with the previous post. I have just received my Joule and previously having been using a crock pot and a Dork controller hack for the last several years. The Joule is such a step above what I have been using that it's hard to describe.
