Did anyone have issues connecting the Joule to wifi using an iPhone 7 Plus?

I read the troubleshooting article (link). I'm using a 2.4 GHz network with WPA2 security.

Could you be more specific? Is it not connecting at all, sporadic, etc? 2.4 is a very crowded network, can you switch to 5G?

Mine is connected on 2.4 with WPA2- it didn't find my 5 gHz when I paired it. It did diconnect one time in the middle of cooking- hope that was an anomaly. I have an iPhone 6s.
