At some point in the dim, distant past I think I saw on the ChefSteps site a set of instructions for deep cleaning Joule. I get the 50/50 Water/Vinegar routine; but there was mention of being able to remove the impeller blade for better access to the underside of the impeller. While, I donʻt need that this very minute, (I make a valiant effort to keep my dogs shedding hair out of the kitchen), I canʻt seem to find that information anywhere on the site anymore.
