Hi Grant! thank you for these amazing videos, and instructions. I am going to bake my very first batch today. I take cooking as a serious hobby(bordering obsession) I really want to find out if we can add any other flavour in the cookie itself. Lately I picked amazing apples and had a concept of this box of apples macarons. I wanted to make macarons that taste like apples. I am going to work on my technique to get it right first, but I know these are super delicate and adding any flavour to the cookie themselves might not be an option, but incase you think there is a way I would really like to know.

I did it!!!! finally i got it. The egg white powder helped but it came down to letting it dry for 3 min today. The humidity was low, i havent been so proud of my cooking since well... mastering homemade pizza. Both thanks to you guys
