January 12 order. There's no way I will get this by October's end. Disappointed.

I was a Jan. 11th order and was excited to have gotten my address confirmation e-mail on October 14th but still am anxiously awaiting. Did I miss a note about a slowdown in shipping devices recently?

I ordered in February 16 and I got an email saying that I will receive my Joule end of November. Pretty much at the same time I'm supposed to receive my august ordered Joule and my food52 October bought Joule. So there's something weird there.

It's very strange. There were people posting daily with shipping notifications and they stopped as of Thursday evening. A slow down is one thing, but no one on the forums has received an email?

Part of me wondered if there was an issue with their web host and the DDoS attack last Friday (wasn't able to browse the forums during the day) and that's why it was radio silence Friday. Then I thought, "well, it's the weekend, FedEx doesn't really work over the weekend, I'll give it till Monday".
bny.hoo
Don't quote me, but I could have sworn I had read somewhere that shipping was occurring 6 days a week, so even if Fedex doesn't operate, I would have thought some notifications would still go out on a Saturday or Sunday. I'm wondering if the gaps we're seeing are related to shipping from the assembly point combined with a slow down in ship service speed to cut costs.

Not with that attitude...

Sure is! February order here. As I just stated in an email to one of the CS representatives, I've now been promised my pre-paid product in May , September, October, and most recently November. Here is a screen shot of one of the many false promises made by CS . Needless to say, it is now almost the end of October and no product. It is beyond ridiculous. However, I was just made the very generous offer of a refund in the event I didn't like waiting further. LOL at the customer service....
Good news, future Joulers!
We are so pleased to announce that we’ll ship your Joule in September 2016!
We’ll send you an email in August to confirm your shipping address(es), and we’ll email you again with a tracking number when your order ships.

For what it's worth, mine was a Jan. 5 order, and I got shipment notification like literally 30 minutes ago. Yours should be coming soon!

Problem easily solved. Ask for a refund. Quick, easy and you won't have to fret one minute more.

I totally agree. I could have purchased another unit and been a pro by now!!
Ordered: January 18, 2016
Address confirmation: September 2016
Shipping notification: Nothing! Nada! Zilch!
Will be here: ??? *sigh*
Ben_Sanders_298788
Sure that would work. But an easier answer is the company that has had my funds for months could actually produce and ship the product that I paid for. I know.. business and stuff.. its hard.
