Anyone tried celery puree?
directions aren't very good/clear- "Place the broccoli, water, butter, and salt in a pot." wouldn't doing this BOIL the broccoli, and why would you put butter and salt into the water to steam the broccoli?
Edit: ok just read the cauliflower puree, which says Place the broccoli, water, butter, and salt in a saucepan, OK now I get technique, I guess when I think of steaming something, that something isn't IN the water, but I get how this would work.
I would think celery root would be amazing... not sure that CELERY would be so great.I think it might be to watery, fibrous, and salty. Then again don't ask everyone, do it and tell us!
