some gluten free oat flours contain avenin. Some people gluten free intolerant cant have Avenin too!

Delicious recipe! I used vegan butter and a flax egg to make it vegan! I also used blueberries and added vanilla extract to the blueberry mixture. I used flax Milk to brush the sides with instead of the egg as well. I baked it for 33 minutes and it came out perfect! I will definitely make this again!
