Ordered Jan 9, Shipped Today, Here on Halloween

I just received the email that my Joule shipped today and is scheduled to arrive on Monday. To make the day even better, I also received word that my Misen knife (ordered March 3rd) arrived today. I'm going to have to do some cooking!

How do you guys like the misen? I tried jumping over to a Japanese style after 10+ years with my old henckels but not sure it's right for me. Looking for an in-between to try.
