While watching your video “How to Make the Ultimate French Macaron …” at the 10:16 mark you got a clear shot of John Matthew Woolen stirring a saucepan with internal measurement markings of 1.2 quart | 1.2 liter. Yet when I check with Zwillings / Demeyere I’m told that the Atlantis saucepans do not have any markings.
Is John using a different saucepan? If so, which one? Or is this a discontinued version?
