Triggering/controlling JOULE remotely

hey all - I'm sure it's simple but eluding me all the same. Anyone figured out how to trigger a cool remotely (i.e. When you are NOT connected to the same wifi network) gotta assume this has been troubleshot already but couldn't see anything on the Joule forum. Cheers g

Are you asking how to turn the temperature down remotely?

Not sure what you are asking. When I set up Joule I connected it to my home WiFi network. Then no matter where I am as long as I have signal on my phone, data or WiFi, I open the Joule app and I can control Joule. The Joule app is connected to ChefSteps servers so as long as you have Internet connectivity you should be good to go. If you physically move Joule to a different location, you would have to go into the settings and disconnect from the prior network and reconnect Joule to that WiFi network. Is this what you are asking?

think it was just buggy on first use - all working fine and can trigger remotely (end of the street wifi turned OFF on my phone to test)
