Go to the Recipe: Sweet and Sour Spring Onion Agrodolce
This is a good interpretation of agrodolce but how do you guys do it in 30 minutes? It took me more than an hour to simmer all that fluid down to jam consistency. With all the vinegar and sugar it would be reckless to nuke it on high heat..how do you get it down in 30 minutes?
I used it with pork chops. It really makes a dish pop.
Do you have the recipe for the braised cabbage? I am very interested in the method. Thanks guys for all the great work. Emmett

Can you fridge or freeze (if so, for how long +/-) agrodolce?
This should hold in the fridge for 2-4 weeks no problem. If you are going in and out of it often that time can go down a bit.
