80C x 2 hours (more tender), or 90C for 30 min (crunchy)

I just tried it. The full 2 hours at 85 though, I like my veggies soft.
Fantastic result. Really, brilliant.
I will experiment with all the other veggies this weekend.
I like the 2 hour time span....whatever else I will be serving, I will be able to match its cooking time to this.
