what if you don't have a Joule
set your immersion circulator to 90deg C and cook for 20mins. They would rather you use a joule but any immersion circ will do. I use my homemade set up. works great for my needs, just a matter of preference.

Hey Lauren, The link should work, but it is kind of confusing because the image is the exact image for this recipe. If you scan down, it is a recipe for the tangy soy vinegar sauce.
Love this it turned out great. I like the fact that it uses less oil than sautéing without sacrificing taste. And it was fast and easy.
