Have to say, raw beans cooked in a microwave, lentils and raw onion was not my favourite. Sous vide flank however was amazing.

Wondering just how does Grant/Jef eats these meals. In the video it suggested eating 4-5 times a day, does this mean that they eat 4/5 of these a day?
Is this for lunch and dinner only or also breakfast?
And the most important, how many days/meals do you guys suggest cooking at once? A quick search turns up that cooked food should only be safe in the fridge for about 4 days, so are we supposed to cook for all seven days?
