Go to the Recipe: Grilled Vegetable Tuna Tartare
Made as directed, except using a gas grill. Really excellent dish. I made it as a first course for a summer dinner; very easy to prep everything in advance and toss and plate quickly. As described, the smokey flavors of the vegetables are great contrasts to the smoothness of the tuna. The Ponzu is excellent, the citrusy sauce pulled everything together.
