Great! I love the simplicity of the recipes. Translates to I will do these a lot more time and not just on thanks giving. More of these! Also I am looking for some curries/stews that you can make quickly in a pressure cooker in an hour. That would be super.
Why not find an asian chef cooks asian foods?
I've done the pork - twice - and the steak and these are outstanding. When in Portland, I'll be dining at his place for sure. The left over Char Siu is going over some Asian EasyWok ribs tonight.

Just because someone is asian, doesn't mean that they have the innate ability to cook better asian cuisine than those who are not.
