Typically I don’t like poke sitting in the fridge (covered) for longer than 24 hours. 1-3hrs IMHO

How do you know if the salmon is okay to eat raw?
Salmon is one of those fish that really should be frozen or cooked before you eat it raw. Many people do eat it without but we would recommend sticking to those two options.
