Go to the Recipe: Campfire Chicken and Corn Dumplings
It's been too long since a video like this was made. We love you, ChefSteps! My only lament is it's getting a little too hot out to make this recipe. So it's getting filed away for next fall. -sigh-
I feel the same, it just hit 86 degrees here, still, fall will arrive.
I'm glad to see you.
Time to take a trip to Alaska to make this in the right temperature.
I make this all the time, but I call them Matzo Balls... definitely want to try this variation of a dumpling.
Hey Grant, where is that awesome jacket from?
WHERE I CAN BUY THIS BIG POT?
Is it 8 jalapeños or 8g of jalapeños?
It would be cool to see some close ups of the finished product. Also, it would be cool to see the tag on that stylish jacket
With 8 whole jalapeños, how is your dumpling batter not green?
Grant, what size is this cowboy cauldron?
From Grant- (OMG, hUUUGE.It's their 48" diameter size, its like 300lbs just for the bowl.)
It would seem ChefSteps has overlooked the fact that, when multiplying recipes, the quantities present in some of the ingredient descriptions do not scale.
You are correct. The amounts that are written into the steps will not scale. Just the items in the ingredient blocks. It is something we are working on resolving.
