Mexican crema, pretty widely available.

Remember when you guys did videos? Cool ones... before you came up with something to sell?
That was awesome.
Chef Steps, DAWG! this is called Gribenes. It's an old yiddish treat, not a modernist invention.
They're back!
Pluck or burn with a torch/ gas stove the hair from the chicken skin....
What a odd comment, I would say dehydration is not needed if it worked just fine for the Chef Step guys.
odd that you didn't do the dehydration step to get the moisture level right to where it should be, according to MC standards... maybe next time?
!!!! So glad to see some of Chef Steps' "good old ways" coming back. The taste of these are fun and very different (as well as very good). I only screwed up two of them before I got the hang of it. Pro tips: Get them off the screen quick as they will attach to it if allowed to cool. Also, you might want to dunk your screens in some oil before you try to do the very first one. And, you do not need to smush them in-between the screens. A spicy steak tartar was my fav with that gochujang sauce. Duck was also good. Amazon has some cool little taco holders you can set them in for a nice presentation.
What is the white sauce?
Yes I like this keto idea!!!
Very Keto friendly!
Awesome! Welcome back chefsteps!! I waited too long! Brilliant ideas! And what is the white sauce on top of the nachos? sour cream?
