Very good sauce. “Simply put the protein—in this case, chicken—into a bag with this sauce and sous vide it” you mean pork chops. I used strip steak and it was still delicious!

So tasty. I usually don’t go for teriyaki sauce as it’s too sweet for me, but this was perfect! So much flavor, even my 3 year old smashed it! Would make again.
